GR Catering provided a delicious Chicken and Carnitas taco bar for the 1100 service personnel and families at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). The guests had our famous Mexican taco bar. We provided Appetizers for Innovative Commercial Environments company location opening. Our dazzling display consisted of an assortment of appetizers for the 350 hungry guests in attendance!

Looking for a fun way to liven up your event, delicious food, friendly staff and a unique catering experience? All orders of the pig included our cooked on site service. We will cook the full pig right in front of you and your guests for a one of a kind presentation. Guests always love the display and delicious smells of the freshly cooked pig!
