While completing his degree at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Mike orchestrated his first restaurant turn-around. From then on he has charged forward, acquiring and successfully running a handful of restaurants and cafes, and managing large events such as Summer Pops, Red Bull Air Races, and PGA signature golf tournaments throughout California.
