Chef Rick Nifenecker studied at Le Cordon Blue in Paris and the Culinary Institute of America. We can guarantee the skill of our chefs and bakers, allowing us to produce creative and delicious menus. Cafe Pierrot is family-owned and operated for over 27 years. Rick and his wife, Laura, have been working together all these years, sharing the same passion for food, faith, and family.

Our curated collection has delicious and beautiful cakes available with only one week's notice but still allowing for a significant amount of customization at a great price. Our cakes have 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of mousse, and a thin layer of chocolate across the bottom to seal in moisture.
