After I came home from the hospital after major neurosurgery on my back, my Children introduced us to the ready made meals. They were a godsend since I was incapacitated and they were good. We're regulars now.

What can you say about Market Basket that has not been said by tons of people over the years? :) The food is fantastic and the market is a staple in the area - I remember when they were just a tiny little sandwich shop in Wyckoff and then they branched out over the years adding the FL location and tons of food options. I have never used the catering services, but have been to many events that have used them and the food is always good.
The prepared foods in store are not quite as good as they used to be, but I am sure different chefs change recipes over the years. The mac and cheese has not changed - it is crazy good. if you get nothing else, get the mac and cheese! The seafood is so very fresh and the butcher has wonderful cuts. Last Thanksgiving I ordered the full meal from them for the first time. I will never do Thanksgiving any other way again! The portions were so generous and everything was included down to butter pats for the rolls. I could go on and on! :)

Incredible! Love their sandwiches and thumbprint cookies! Their pasta was great too. Sad that it's like 55 mins from us but don't mind making a trip once a month or something.
