A Bite of Heaven is a full service catering company under the Rabbinical Supervision of Rabbi Mark Cooper. Chef Richard Landau is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in some of New York's finest restaurants. As with the Master Chefs that he has trained under, Richard's success lies in his uncompromising drive to serve the finest food possible. A Bite of Heaven uses only the freshest ingredients in food preparation and Chef Landau oversees all food preparation and insures that proper cooking techniques are used.
