Poe's Catering was founded in the late 1990's as an alternative to the typical catering at the time. Poe's believed that catered food should have the taste and feelings associated with homecooked comfort food at scale. Lance Poe started the business at his house and has grown from there to a full commercial kitchen and large reception hall.
