Read, sign and send in our catering contract that is available on our website ( link from C & CI page), with your deposit. A deposit of 1/3rd of your estimated proposal is due at time of booking, unless other arrangements have been made. The purpose of the meeting is to create a " Catering Workbook" for you, which outlines all of those details.
