Steve Nolan began Cooking BBQ in the late 80's with friends in the AQHA and Country music industry. Steve started cooking professionally and competitively in the early 90's and catered VIP parties for KZLA, KIK-FM and KFRG radio. He opened his first restaurant in 1998 in Corona, Ca. He opened Backwoods BBQ & Steak House in 2008 also in Corona.
