Inn Spot

Cheffe Colette and Cheffe Pamela opened the original Inn Spot in 1999 in Quogue. The chefs decided to serve a few breakfasts at the restaurant, to augment their very sucessful off pemises catering business, and watched, amazed, as the crowds arrived and would often wait over an hour for a seat. The few breakfasts became its own monster and was soon voted the finest breakfast in the Hamptons.
