With the venue, came a deal with Colby's Catering for the reception food. When we had our initial meeting with the venue, we could not believe how much food we got for the reception! We got an abundance of appetizers, a buffet with two entrees and six sides, two dessert options (or one dessert and one midnight snack). Colby's has an amazing tasting event for if you book with one of the barns or book with them separately.
And you can go to as many as you would like. They make everything they offer, minus the appetizers, and you can try everything as much as you want. The staff even walk around to answer questions, so you don't have to go looking for them. The day of the wedding, the food was fresh and hot! The buffest line was so smooth too. It was done in under a half hour. I was beyond impressed. And at the end, we got to bring everything home!

Colby's catered our daughters wedding Labor Day weekend, and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious, especially the Angus beef tips with Marcela sauce, and the chicken French. YUM! The food was ready, hot and on time, even though some of the wedding speeches ran long, they managed to work with the time delay, and no one would have ever known anything different. Everyone loved the cupcakes and ice cream bar.
The staff at Colby's are super easy to work with, and all the service staff was super friendly and very efficient, keeping all the guest tables cleaned up. Did not disappoint! We've had Colby's catering every summer and this past weekend was as fabulous as ever. From the ordering with Kim, picking it up from their shop to supplies and heating directions. They are fabulous to work with. The pulled pork, pulled turkey and sausage peppers/ onions are delicious. Made for another successful Christmas in July party! Thank you Colby's for being a part of our community.

Colby's Catering goes hand and hand with Cobblestone and that made the entire process stress free. The main thing I want to point out is the consistency with the quality of food. Catering a large meal is difficult in itself, but they made sure the last plate served was just as good as the first. All the food was great as well as the service. The buffet style was served quickly and efficiently with all of our guests getting food within a few minutes and nobody looking around waiting for their table to be called. Colby's also made our cake and desserts and they were all a hit and almost nothing was left at the end of the night.

Colby's Catering provided all of the food and desserts for my wedding and they did a FANTASTIC job. Everyone was raving about the food and dessert all evening. There was not a single item on our menu that disappointed. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for a delicious meal and five-star service!

Colby's catered our wedding on 10/4/19 and we couldn't be happier with the service. Fran was AMAZING and communicative. Everyone was super friendly and made my wife and I very comfortable. The food was fantastic. We're getting rave reviews from our guests about the brisket. Well worth every penny! The servers were very attentive and kind. We could not ask for any better. You folks really made our night something special. Thank you so much!
