Brisket Bar-BQ was founded in 1983 by Sion Saghian. The Bellaire, Texas location quickly became successful with the addition of catering and delivery service. Good food at reasonable prices brought the people of Bellaire and surrounding areas to frequently visit this family owned restaurant. In 1994 Bellaire Banquet Center opened to accommodate parties up to 300 people. People really liked the brisket and chicken - found the brisket to be very moist and tender. It was funny as they asked about your services - I told them that we had never met, only talked on the phone and that you were recommended by a friend of mine. I gave them the address on Bissonnet and a couple of the ladies thought they knew were you were located.
