We are open Monday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:00pm or you may leave a recorded message evenings or weekends. We ask orders be placed on the day prior to your requested delivery, when possible. We will however, accommodate last minute orders. Please allow 48 hours in advance for events involving china or service personnel.

In addition to our daily "homemade" entrees, and soups, Franklin Caterers offers a menu including freshly baked muffins, bagels, and Danish pastries, breakfast buffets that are sure to please your guests; "create your own" overstuffed deli sandwiches, specialty sandwiches, unique salads, and a variety of healthy options. We offer over 70 appetizers, 50 hot chafing dish items and a myriad of scrumptious desserts for you to create a unique menu.

The hot lunch buffets are based on groups of 30 or more, smaller groups will be subject to a surcharge. Buffets are available for dinner, they may be subject to delivery or surcharge. These are suggested menus; if you would like to customize a menu please inquire. All sandwiches served with choice of bulkie roll, multi grain, light and dark rye, whole wheat, pita and rollups.
