Branks BBQ is a locally owned and family run real, honest-to-goodness, southern style BBQ restaurant in Sumner, Washington since 1995. We use a dry rub before the meat is smoked in Ole Hickory Pit smokers with wild cherry or apple wood. Our secret-recipe, homemade barbeque sauce is served on the side.
