Questions
How do I book catering services?
Submit a deposit of 20% with a signed contract to reserve your date. We accept bookings on a first-come basis.
What areas do you serve?
We serve locations from Hewitt to Wausau and surrounding central Wisconsin areas, with delivery fees based on distance.
Do you allow leftover meals?
Yes, we box leftovers in our containers for guests to enjoy after your event at no extra charge.
Can I sample menu options?
By appointment, we offer food samples and facility tours for $50 to help finalize your menu selections.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept check, cash, Apple Pay, and credit cards (with a 3.51% processing fee).
What happens if I cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable if canceled without rescheduling. Rescheduled events may transfer deposits but require updated pricing.

Village hearth was the best catering for our wedding! There food is so amazing and so many compliments from all the guests. Food was nice and warm. Set up was amazing. Highly highly recommend there catering for any event! Thank you for sharing our special day with us!

5-star service! Terry & Tom are amazing. They did our wedding and were super efficient, kind and professional, and even stayed during the meal to facilitate the flow of the buffet lines. We'll use them for all future catering needs!
