We came together to create events with elevated cuisine, personal design and stellar service. Every member of the Cuisine Chez Vous team has a vital role in the success of our events. We are continually inspired by those around us and take pride in the fact that we are always learning and growing. Growing up on a self-sufficient organic farm and the second oldest of nine siblings, Fiona developed an early appreciation for seasonal produce and sustainability.After graduating from hospitality school in Belfast Ireland, Fiona came to the United States in 1987 to join Eamon in the kitchen at Cuisine Chez Vous.

Cuisine Chez Vous catering is about offering the restaurant food and service experience regardless of the location or guest count. Whether you are dining under a tent or in a museum gallery your guests will feel like they are eating at a five star restaurant. We cook onsite to ensure the highest quality food and use locally sourced seasonal meats and produce to not only support our local market but because we know it tastes the best. We will work with you to create a menu that fits the event, the season and most importantly your tastes.

We specialize in all aspects of large event management and logistics as well as venue development and restoration. We work with clients looking for a ground up event design and logistics plan as well as those projects needing targeted assistance on specific event operations. Some of the large event management services we offer include site selection, budgeting, event permitting, and the full timeline development from install and load in schedules to the final load out.We also offer extensive vendor sourcing and management including tenting, power, lighting, AV, parking, transportation, restrooms, security, entertainment, event design and decor and catering.
