The Lafayette Grande is not just another wedding venue or a banquet hall. We're a premier banquet facility and wedding venue. You get excellent cuisine, the best bar service, and the attention you deserve. All of our packages and menus are crafted around your special day. A wedding at other venues is a chore, a wedding at The Lafayette Grande is an effortless experience. With our three ballrooms and two small event rooms, we can simultaneously support just about any event. We provide options for anything from small events to large weddings.

We charge a Per Person price for all events. Our event prices include food, standard beverage service, staff, the rental space, parking, tables, chairs, white tablecloths & choice of colored napkins, white or black table skirting for common tables, utensils, and dishes. For weddings, we also include Champagne Toast for head table, cutting of the wedding cake, serving of the Bride & Groom. There is a 6% sales tax added to every order, and a 20% service fee is assessed on the total, not including the tax.

Our tastings are a great opportunity to bring your family and friends and let them get a sneak peek of the food and venue for your wedding! All guests are $10 per person. There will be a cash bar available as well! Please wear business casual attire. We currently have no more tastings at the moment.

Explore our facility. It's even better in person, we assure you. But until you schedule your tour, you can see what we do every day, and why we're the best (all humility aside). The elegant and regal entrance from Lafayette St. into the Lafayette Grande. The building was built in the 1920's and has been a masonic temple, the Oakland County Government Building, hosts restaurants, and of course - the Banquet facility since 1997.
