Remember, unless you are 100% certain that you can complete a special occasion event task on your own.put the scissors down, pick up the phone and call an expert! Be sure to let your caterer know in advance so appropriate meals can be prepared for those guests. Spend what you are able to be comfortable with, but don't sacrifice quality by being unrealistic.
