Went down big time. My daughter's wedding was fabulous 18 yrs ago. My sons wedding in January was much different. They were very rude. Horrible people. The parents were wonderful. This generation horrible.

We had our wedding last week at the Fountain room and it was a great time. Food - Potatoes were so over salted i couldn't eat them and the turkey and stuffing was Bacon wrapped beef tips were. But the rest of the food was excellent.

Milillo's has the Best People working for them. Lisa was so sweet. She made up the contract and also was able to change things for me without hesitation.

There is no clear signage to locate the facility. When you arrive. The staff was disorganized and a bit unprofessional. The restroom was not clean and not stocked. Venue needs some updating. The lobby is dark furnushings outdated and has funeral home vibe.

The Milillo Event Group helped my wife and I have a wonderful wedding at their Philadelphia Ballroom venue. From the first meeting all the way through to the end, they were easy to work with and worked with us to help make sure everything went smoothly every step of the way. And the food was fantastic. It was an amazing time and we're really happy that we chose them for our special day.

Thanks to Milillo event group and team we had the perfect wedding day! Our ceremony was held in the Fountain Room. The seating arrangement was beautiful. The reception was perfect. The food was OUTSTANDING! We were given left overs as well! Our Maitre D John was amazing! He was so helpful and was right there for us if we needed anything! He was the best and I'm so happy he was there with us!

Our bridal suite was cute and cozy, the guests bathrooms are gorgeous and immaculate. I could go on forever about how perfect our wedding was. Thank you all SO much for everything, your generosity, help and hard work. I will always look back on my wedding day as the best day of my life!
