Susan and Nathan Rothchild began their food service career as owners of the Northshore Minute Chef, a local Knoxville snack shop in the Northshore Tower. After a brief time, the couple expanded their services at the Tower to a 20-table restaurant. After opening the restaurant, their catering career grew naturally as patrons would request orders from the restaurant to serve their private parties.
