Ordered some Passover food. It was such a disappointment. Nothing tasted good! I called to give feedback and was told someone would call me back but they never did. Will never order from them again! Do not recommend.

My family and I are at a loss of words. Working with Nicole from Michaels trying to organize a Shiva, we were told there was no availability. This was after many many emails exchanged. Our time was wasted during a time of intense mourning. Stay away from this company After receiving a message from Michaels explaining they are a limited small business, I understand this. However, their rep DID NOT offer any other option or advice for us. Nothing!

My daughter's wedding was on November 13, 2021, but my post never got from my desk to this page. So after cleaning my desk today, I found my words and I still feel the same way. Michele, there are no words to thank you for Saturday night. From the moment we met at our party planner's office until Saturday night and everything in between, everything was outstanding! Catering by Michael's never disappoints!

It's amazing what happens behind closed doors that I don't get to see. One goal that I had was to try every single appetizer. Your wonderful staff, serving them, knew my goal and helped to make sure that I tried every delicious appetizer that we had ordered. It was a success, I tried them all. Your staff was incredible. You are incredible! Thank you so much for everything you did to make my daughter and my son-in-law's special night, even that more special.

I have no idea what you did for the people with all of the special dietary needs. When I saw that list, I couldn't believe it! But, you did it! People commented about how wonderful the food was! Thank you, thank you and thank you again!

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Catering By Michaels for our December 2021 wedding. Moriah in particular was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The food at our wedding was excellent- guests were raving about how the wedding food was "actually good", unlike many experiences at weddings and big events with mediocre food. Moriah was incredibly responsive and helpful, working with her felt like having my own wedding coordinator without the extra cost of a wedding coordinator.

She knew exactly what she was doing and provided guidance and reassurance throughout the whole process. Moriah helped us pick out beautiful linens and flatware for our reception, and was very mindful of our budget and helped us pick out cost-effective options throughout the entire process. I am so pleased with our decision to choose Catering By Michael's. The whole team made the stressful process of planning a wedding during COVID much less stressful. We are so incredibly grateful to the Catering by Michael's team for making our foodie dreams come true at our wedding last month! We could not have had a better experience. Stacey worked with meticulous detail to make sure every little detail was executed perfectly. We loved collaborating with the CBM team on our menu, especially our international/fusion appetizers. We had a vision of serving a Nashville hot chicken bao bun appetizer (inspired by one of our favorite Nashville restaurants) and Stacey truly moved mountains to make sure it was executed perfectly.

The team did an excellent job at accommodating our guests' dietary restrictions. The servers and bartenders were attentive, responsive, and had great attitudes. Our guests were raving about our food, with many saying it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. We are so lucky to have such an incredible catering company on the North Shore!

An A+ Amazing quality & Freshness. We had family for Xmas from overseas. They would not stop talking about the flavor, freshness and superb quality. We are so impressed of the amazing customer service provided to us. Professionally packaged items. We ordered the "Holiday Dinner Package" for 10 people, but had only 7 people. Plenty of left over for following day and next. Absolutely Recommend! Will order in future and years to come. Thank you Michael's!
