Fred Road is our first location to open over 70 years ago. At Grady's we offer quick counter service for dine in or pick up of our smoked in house BBQ. There is a drive thru at this location for the convenience of getting freshly smoked BBQ and never leaving your car. We have two party rooms that hold between 55 and 60 people.

Grady's Bandera offers quick counter service for dine in or pick up of our smoked in house BBQ. This location has the largest event space with a party room inside of the restaurant that holds up to 100 people. We also have a "Party Barn" behind the building that holds up to 200 people with tables and chairs provided.

Located next to our Bandera location in Balcone Heights, it is the perfect venue for anyone who is looking for a rustic, country feel for their next event. With high ceilings, an indoor space that holds up to 200 people and a grand overhead door that opens up to more seating outside, our Party Barn is great for any special occasion. Along with beautiful Southern-inspired lighting fixtures, enjoy an inclusive rental package with tables, chairs and plate ware.
