In 1989 Waiter's Choice Catering was established by three partners. Two brothers, Jim and Bill Barnes, along with their cousin, David Barnes. Waiter's Choice was originally created to be a delivery service for local restaurants. After the 1st couple of years, Waiter's Choice found it's niche in the catering business.
