Catering weddings/events have allowed us to create some amazing menus/food for some amazing people all across the US. From David Letterman's holiday party at Wolman's skating arena in New York's Central Park, corporate events as far south as the Gold Coast of Florida, beautiful weddings on China Beach in San Francisco, California not to mention destinations too numerous to count up and down the Eastern seaboard including the political scene in Washington, DC.
