We hired Sandra to cater our wedding on June 17th. We ordered gluten free bbq chicken, baked beans, and cole slaw. Loved that she was able to make it all gluten free since I have celiac disease. The chicken was NOT bbq. It was spicy and tasted like it had taco seasoning on it. The beans had a good flavor but were very undercooked. The slaw was great tho. For the price it was definitely not worth it :(

Sandra did a wonderful job catering for our wedding reception! Food was delicious! She made our wedding cake and grooms cake as well and they were both perfect! The only negative is that if a guest chooses a certain entree, that automatically comes with specific sides. so some guests were confused and wanted to choose the sides they wanted with a different entree, But it wasnt a big deal at all. We definitely recommend!!

Sandra was super flexible, especially with the changes due to the pandemic. We really enjoyed her food. It tasted amazing and did a fabulous job on the cake. The appetizers were gone in a blink of an eye! If you want amazing food and an amazingly beautiful cake, amongst other amazing things, Sandra is the lady you want! She made our day absolutely fabulous.

My mother hired Sandra back in January for my wedding that past June 29, I gave her a three star because her food was tasty. But for me she lacked people skills. My mother hired her after finding her on the Internet because she lives out of state. I contacted her a few days later and ask if I could come by for food tasting, just so I could choose what foods I like. Her response to me was my contract is signed and there is no refund. I found that to be a bit rude and very standoffish because that was not my question. After contacting my mother letting her know what just transpired my mother came up with the idea that she will contact her from here on out I know longer need to, I was able to go by and taste the food it was tasty and I did not want my Mother to lose her 50% deposit that was already paid so we stayed with her. However when she made it to my venue quite a few of my guest and staff members stated she was rude. Her food was tasty but I would recommend when doing face-to-face with the guests have her drop the food off and hire someone else for the people skills.

We used Sandra's catering for our daughters wedding last weekend. Sandra and her team did an excellent job overall. We had 200 people, and there was plenty of food, and a whole lot left over for us too. All of the food was good, and was even better than my expectations. For the main dishes we got the penne pasta with tomato sauce and beef, the fettuccini with chicken, and the baked shells in 4 cheese sauce. Everything was very good. I did not do a lot of price comparisons myself, but I was told Sandra's prices were very affordable compared to most. I would highly recommend her for your wedding if you're looking for good food, at a reasonable price.

We used Sandra's Catering for our wedding reception and were very satisfied with the experience from beginning to end. Sandra invited us over for a free tasting and we knew we had found our caterer before we were even halfway finished! Sandra, the owner, is very responsive, transparent, and pleasant to work with. She has a HUGE menu to choose from and even made a few off-menu items for us, such as the delicious mini key lime pies we requested. She advised us on order quantities for each dish based on her knowledge of what people generally eat most (or least), which was extremely helpful. The food turned out fantastic! Sandra and her staff were punctual and professional and kept everyone well fed and also did a great job keeping the bar stocked and keeping lines short.

Sandra catered our May wedding and she completely knocked it out of the park. She worked with us throughout the whole planning stage and was responsive, understanding, flexible, and helpful the entire way. Her food and cakes were delicious- many compliments from our guests! The best thing about Sandra's catering is the value- she offers 5 star service for an affordable price. If I could do it over 100 times, I would choose Sandra every time!

Sandra and her team did a fantastic job catering our Wedding. While planning, she was very responsive and helped us pick out various items that our guests would enjoy. One thing we loved about her is that her prices are available from the beginning - we didn't have to provide a budget to her just to see how much each item would cost. We met at the venue for a tasting and really enjoyed what we tried. Something we didn't expect is that she helped with the layout of the space, too! This was very much appreciated, especially because we didn't have a wedding coordinator. On our Wedding day, she and her team were awesome. We didn't have to worry about a thing, as they took charge from the beginning with setting up the food and drinks, and it all looked great. Our guests said they loved the food and the servers and bartender were very professional and nice.

I was extremely pleased with Sandra's catering. She was so easy to work with and really took the time to make the food and layout unique to our wedding. She always responded very timely to my emails and phone calls and I felt completely comfortable knowing that catering was in her hands because I knew she'd make it beautiful and seamless.
