Shorty's Cajun Catering catered our wedding of about 300 guest and it was excellent. They provided everything we ask for and more. The food was the best food we had ever had at a wedding. Everything was hot and had good flavor just like she promised. If you're looking for someone to cater your wedding call Shorty. The chocolate fountain was to die for. That was the best chocolate we had ever had from a chocolate fountain. Our guest was still talking about how good the food was even after the event was over. Keep up the good work.

I ordered red beans and rice and shrimp etouffee for a cajun party I was hosting. Over 90 % of the guests were from New Orleans. The food was so horrible. I paid her in advance against my better judgement. She took the money and bought really cheap and crappy ingredients. The beans were from a can and the shrimp was tiny and frozen. Needless to say, nobody ate this food. I had to throw it all away.
She also promised to deliver the food at 12 pm and was 45 minutes late. I am so very disappointed in Shorty's Cajun Catering. When I called her to discuss the food and some sort of refund, she said she would get back with me. She did not and now she will not answer my calls. This entire establishment lacks integrity and has some major morality problems. Please Do Not Use! You Have Been Warned. When I gave her my check she left my house and went directly to the bank. No recourse for me.

Shorty's was on top of everything. We called them at the last minute to cater a luncheon for us. We had steaks cooked on sight and they were super good. The next week we had catfish and shrimps cooked onsite. If you're looking for good cajun food Shorty's Cajun Catering is the place to go with.
