We offer food-only service or complete catering packages with setup, service staff, and themed dcor coordination for weddings and private events of all sizes.

Our property features five fully equipped lodging options including The Cornelia with king bed, The Swan with luxury tub, The Cygnet suite, The Hideaway apartment, and The Nest family quarters. These accommodations sleep 8-14 guests with full amenities for weekend-long event hosting and guest convenience.

Our on-site florist with 40+ years of experience creates custom bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, and reception centerpieces. We offer full-service floral design for ceremonies and receptions with seasonal flower selections and personalized design consultations to match your event theme and color scheme.

It's a beautiful location for any event. Spacious and comfortable. Our church used it for a Christmas gathering and everyone enjoyed it.

My niece's wedding and reception were held at Swan's Landing and everything was perfect. The wedding was outdoors but they have a great backup plan if Mother Nature doesn't cooperate. The reception was wonderful. Their food is definitely a 10 out of 10. It's a great way to go. All inclusive. Gorgeous pond with swans in the background of the wedding. Facility is top notch. The owner and staff have excellent customer service priorities. Highly recommend!

We have used them twice and they never disappoint! The flowers, food, decorations and and all the personal touches they add made both of our daughters weddings amazing. Her dad and I can't thank them enough for making our girls special day even better!

Swan's Landing is the perfect venue for your wedding or any occasion. Our wedding was perfect. We had a short time frame to get it in, and everything went like a well oiled machine. I was fortunate enough to attend a birthday party at Swan's Landing last night. I had heard only good things about Linda's new venue but it was so much more. Brand new and so beautifully appointed I was blown away. Every table was beautifully matched with exquisite china and crystal, napkins, candles, and favors. The dark wood bar was a great place to gather for a glass of wine. I was thrilled to see the lighted water fountain from my table which also looked out over a large covered patio.

The smokers were comfortably warmed by fire pit flames as they relaxed on really pretty furniture. The food was fabulous and served in very creative ways. The staff was friendly and very professional as they made each guest comfortable. I am 72 years old and a wedding is not in my future. But the area Linda has designed for a bride to dress sure makes me want to take my husband down the isle again. Our area is certainly blessed to have a venue like SWAN'S LANDING. Thank you LINDA CLARK for gracing us with you life long dream.

Expectations for our vow renewal were blown away by Swan's Landing. The set up our church hall to look like an elegant wedding venue! The guest were so impressed. Everyone raves about the expansive salad bar and delicious buffet. The carved roast beef melted in my mouth. They did all the work and all we needed to do was enjoy the evening. The flowers Ralph did for us were stunning and surpassed my expectations! Grover work with our family to ensure we have beautiful photos to cherish forever. She was terrific with the kids and captured some of the most adorable pictures!

My Dad and his wife used this company for their vow renewal- everything was absolutely PERFECT. They brought the most amazing stuff for the salad bar, the chicken and beef tenderloin were amazing. I think it was well worth every penny spent! Thank you so much for making my family's day perfect!
