Our mission is simple; to provide an authentic old fashion barbecue catering experience utilizing only the highest quality ingredients provided to our customer at an affordable price. We offer a customizable menu that can be dressed up or kept casual for all types of events. We guarantee high quality food and a stress-free event. Our events range from tailgate parties, backyard barbecues, corporate events, weddings, and holiday parties. We started in 1963 as a meat shop and we have continued that service ever since.

We like to arrive about an hour before you want to eat so we can get set up and prepare for your event. We also clean and pack up the food after everyone is completely done eating. We provide our own tables and table cloths. We provide a black table cloth and then we can accent with any items you set aside for us that you would like incorporated in the food line.
Mobile Bar

We work with you to customize the bar selection to your tastes, budget and guest list by offering a variety of local, domestic and craft beer & wine, along with a selection of canned cocktails. Our setup can range from a formal pop-up bar to our signature 1968 Roll 'o' vend bar trailer. Every event is staffed with one of our talented bartenders, a full bar setup, beverage napkins, plastic cups, straws, a temporary alcohol catering permit, insurance and travel within 30 minutes of our facility.

We have a large variety of different meats, sides, appetizers, and desserts to choose from for your event. When you have decided on which mouth watering meals you would like to have, visit our booking page to reserve your date. All taco bars include: corn or flour tortillas, refried beans, sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and salsa.
