Claudine and staff are absolutely wonderful! Throughout the entire process of planning for our wedding, I never had to worry about a thing. All my questions were answered quickly and the day of the wedding went off without any issues! The food was hot and absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic! We did a family style dinner, appetizers during cocktail hour and a mini pie bar for desert. Claudine took such good care of us like we were her own family and I can't thank her and the staff enough for that.

They made sure we had appetizers while taking pictures during cocktail hour, made sure my husband and I ate during the reception, and kept the drinks flowing all night! I absolutely recommend Autumns Custom Catering for any of your catering needs :

Autumn's Custom Catering was a dream to work with for my wedding! I was DIYing a lot of things and they were so helpful in the planning process and it went off without a hitch! They were so responsive during the planning process and flexible with changes made. And the food. Oh my gosh the food was FANTASTIC! People were raving about them. And they made sure we got to actually eat on the wedding day which was so helpful. We had a winter wedding and they did a hot cocoa bar which was a hit! So happy with them and I would recommend them to anyone!

ACC did a fantastic job with our corporate group boxed lunch order. They were very responsive, flexible with my last minute changes, and the food was very well received. Delivery was on time. Will definitely use again for future events.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Autumn's Custom Catering this past summer. Claudine and her staff worked with us in preparation on the phone and via email (as we were planning the event from out of town) to get the perfect menu to fit the occassion, our dietary requirements and our budget. On the day of our catered meal, Claudine and her co-worker set the tables, laid out and managed the beautiful buffet plus cleared away dirty dishes, all the while managing to stay unobtrusively in the background. The food was delicious and plentiful, and our guests enjoyed it immensely. When we need a caterer in the Richmond area again, we will certainly go with Autumn's Custom Catering once more!

Autumn's Custom Catering was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for our wedding. Not only did they plan an entirely vegan (and delicious! ) menu for us, but their professionalism and communication throughout the wedding planning process and the wedding itself were nothing short of extraordinary. Highly recommend!
