Our BBQ catering features 10-hour smoked pulled pork, wood-fired chicken, and hand-breaded fried chicken. Using traditional Alabama smokers and oak/hickory wood, we deliver authentic smoky flavors. Perfect for corporate cookouts, backyard parties, and special celebrations across Luzerne County.
Breakfast Catering
We provide hearty breakfast options including scrambled eggs, sausage, home-fried potatoes, and made-to-order French toast sticks or chicken and waffles. Ideal for corporate events, office meetings, and family gatherings with both hot and cold serving options.
Dessert Catering
Our dessert catering features decadent creations like Savannah Chocolate Dream Cake, Tropical Paradise Pudding Cake, and homemade rice pudding. Available in half-sheet portions serving 40-48 guests, perfect for complementing any event menu.
Tray Service
We offer convenient individual food trays for stress-free catering. Available hot or cold with options including BBQ, breakfast items, and desserts. Trays are available for pickup Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday with advance ordering required during peak seasons.

Do you deliver catering orders?
Currently, all trays are available for pickup only at our West Wyoming location during specified hours.
Can I order just specific menu items?
Yes! Our Items-by-the-Tray menu allows ordering individual dishes like pulled pork, mac and cheese, or desserts separately.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Wilkes-Barre, Pittston, Wyoming Plains, Mountaintop, Falls Dallas, Forty Fort, and all Luzerne County locations.
How far in advance should I order?
During busy seasons, we recommend booking at least six weeks in advance to ensure availability for your event date.
Do you offer event staffing options?
Yes, we can provide serving staff for your event - please inquire about staffing options when placing your order.

We went with KL's catering for our baby shower. They were able to accommodate us with quite short notice. The interaction with the staff was excellent. From the first day, they were in communication with us the entire time. They were very knowledgeable about their menu and helped us pick out some great choices. They are very cognizant in regards to food restrictions (we had vegetarian and gluten free guests). Picking up the food was very easy at their location.
And speaking of the food, it was all very delicious. I really enjoyed the ratatouille stuffed shells and would make an excellent vegetarian option at any party. All of the guests thought that they were amazing! Overall, very satisfied with all aspects of KL's catering.
