I visit the German Town Hills location frequently. My first time at the Washington location. Very friendly staff and the same excellent food.

Good and friendly service. Great salads and pizzas, but I'm not crazy about the sandwiches, though my family loves them. The drive through window is really convenient (make sure you call ahead first).

Purchased a family feast. No sauce in spaghetti and garlic bread was in pieces. We also found a small piece of foil mixed in. Been eating here for years but quality has gotten really poor over the last couple.

Apparently we are not allowed to eat the food bought there in their dining room. But the people before and after us could. Since we had not recurved any food we cancelled our order, the whole point was to sit down and talk over dinner. The meal was almost $38 but they only have back 34. Try to explain that 'cuz I can't figure it out. They took the $$ knowing we were eating 'in'. Then can't to the table and said we had to take it to go.

Just to clarify, we are professionals between 55 and 60, not a group of unruly miscreants. This place will never see any of my moolah and I will happily tell this story in great detail for years to come.

The food is wonderful! It is impossible to find a place with fresher food. All the bread, spaghetti, sauce are made fresh everyday. The smell of fresh baked bread can as be smelled as it is baked continuously all day long. Meats and cheeses are sliced in house. Every now and then you'll receive a hot sandwich that could have used another minute in the oven bc cheese isn't quite melted in the center, I think this is staff getting into a rush and trying to send the entire order at the same time. I do find it to be a bit expensive based on my income, so I don't go as often as I'd like. You are paying for a fresh, quality, great tasting product however.

Everything is fantastic here though I am partial to the hot ham & cheese along with the pizza bread. Do yourself a favor use the call ahead drive through for fast and friendly service!
