I founded Applewood Foods Catering, in Danville, Illinois, to explore the business side of cooking. My oldest son had graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, Arizona, and with his counseling, I felt the time was right to try my hand. It is no surprise that I ended up in the food business, all of my life I have been surrounded by good cooks.

Prices based on groups of 50 or more. All meals come in disposable pans. Meal does not include disposable ware or drinks. Sales tax and gratuities are not included. The picnic menus is designed for ease in ordering and executing in order to save you money, so no substitutions, please.
