We are a family owned and operated business that was established in 1996 by Andy and Allison Yoa. Andy is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a BS in Food Service Management and an Assoc. in Culinary Arts. He is the head chef and runs the back of the restaurant, and wife Allison manages the front of the restaurant. The Island Grill would not be where it is today without the much-needed support of other family members: hosts Debbie & Jim Yoa, and support staff Katie & Mark Yoa, and J. Linden Steel.

Welcome to the Island Grill's Seafood Market, where you can find the freshest seafood, wild game, and beef. Some of the items that you may see in our case from day to day are: Live Clams, Crabmeat, Swordfish, Tuna, assorted species of Salmon, local flounder and scallops, red snapper, grouper, tilapia, wahoo, and many other local and not so local fish.
