After military service in Korea, he owned Berriers Restaurant before founding On Time Catering in 1988. He retired in 2022 after 57 years in the food service industry, leaving a legacy of community service and culinary excellence.

The name definitely fits! They were on time and efficient with setting up. The paper products were upper class, the food was delicious and the deserts were amazing! The prices were affordable. I found this catering on the web as I was looking for a catering place close to where the event was being held. I would definitely recommend this company for any event!

We selected On Time Catering for our wedding reception and could not have been more impressed. Staff was on time and very polite. The food was incredible and our guests raved about how good the food was. It was reasonably priced as well. They made clean up a breeze! Highly recommend On Time Catering! Excellent service and food! We booked On Time Catering for our daughter's wedding and couldn't be happier! We had all the food we expected and lots of it. And everything was delicious! Everything from set up to take down was done quietly and efficiently. The food was displayed beautifully and the staff was excellent. Top notch catering company!
