The Culinary Studio is open by Curbside or Walk-In. We have pre-packaged goods, our frozen entrees and hors d'oeuvres are fully stocked, and we are making egg sandwich and sandwiches all day. We are open from Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday, 8am-5pm. Thank you for considering The Culinary Studio for your next event. For over 30 years, we have been catering Long Island and New York City events for discerning hosts. We offer tailor-made menus for any occasion. I grew up on Long Island and my first job, at 15, was in a local deli store, where I worked throughout high school. That's when my love for food preparation began. After graduation, I enrolled in Johnson & Wales Culinary School in the two year program. Following that I then worked as an AuPair and a waitress for a few years while trying to find a way to fulfill my dream of, one day, owning my own catering business. We hit it off immediately, got married, pooled our resources and purchased The Culinary Studio from Mike.
