You may substitute items on the Buffet Menus (there may be an upcharge). Due to the large number of prospective clients, your event will not be considered booked until your proposal is signed and your initial deposit has been received and acknowledged. The date will be closed after two deposits are received.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Rick catered 3 meals over 3 days for 75 people and everyone was very pleased. The food was delicious!
