Josef's Elegante Meats & Deli is run and run by Pat and Nanette Falcone. Pat and Nanette named their shop after their two fathers both named Joseph and both butchers. Pat's youngest son Patrick is the Operations Manager and oldest son Joe assists with weekend meat cutting and catering operations. The Falcone's have over forty years of knowledge and 3 generations of meat cutting experience.
