After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1996, we honed our skills in corporate dining and restaurant ownership before discovering Whidbey Island in 2003. Over two decades, we transformed our 10-acre property into a premier event destination, combining hands-on expertise in renovation, hospitality, and farm-to-table cuisine. Our venue features a 6,200-square-foot barn, strolling gardens, and dual backup generators to ensure seamless events.We offer three days of property access, day-of coordination, and artisan catering crafted from local ingredients. With Dawns expertise in pastry arts and Daves Pacific Northwest-inspired dishes, we deliver menus tailored to each clients vision. As stewards of the land, we maintain lush gardens and sustainable practices while providing personalized service that reflects our Midwest roots and culinary training.

Farm-to-Table Catering
Custom menus feature locally sourced ingredients prepared by award-winning chefs. We specialize in Pacific Northwest cuisine, artisan desserts, and creative presentations for plated dinners, buffets, or hors d'oeuvres tailored to your vision.
Day-of Coordination
Our team manages timelines, vendor coordination, setup, and cleanup to ensure a stress-free experience. Services include rehearsal management, staff oversight, and real-time problem-solving for uninterrupted celebrations.
Three-Day Access
Clients receive three days of exclusive property access for preparations, events, and post-event organization. This allows relaxed decorating, rehearsals, and unhurried guest interactions without time constraints.

Beautiful venue, food was great. Staff very attentive. Highly disappointed that they did not have masks required as it is an indoor venue and there is a state mandate. I can see the bride and groom removing masks for vows and photos but less than one percent of the people there and NONE of the staff were masked. I would not go again under the circumstances. I am a Nurse, I've been masked out of my house for two years and being inside with all of those unmasked people was nerve wracking.

Dave and Dawn Noble were there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! If I had any question, it was always answered kindly and quickly. The overall atmosphere of this spectacular venue was absolutely magical. The day of my wedding, I had no stress or last minute thoughts in the back of my mind. Dawn and Anna were amazing coordinators and got us all to where we needed to be, gracefully. The food! If Dave ever suggests fried chicken and you're hesitant. just do it! It was heavenly, along with the rest of our menu of course. The grounds are beautiful too. I truly cannot give this venue enough stars to show all my appreciation. Absolutely one of a kind!

I've worked as a photographer at Fireseed Catering and it's one of my favorite Northwest Washington wedding venues! The spectacular gardens are maintained beautifully, and the grounds offer innumerable gorgeous locations for romantic and bridal party photos. The catering is incredible, and the staff are a delight to work with.

I want to thank you and your staff for a truly awesome day. Bear in mind I was just a guest and can only comment on what I saw. The staff is highly attentive and the food is delicious. They aren't kidding when they say they grow all their veggies on site. I cannot recommend them enough with my third party experience. Thank you Fireseed! That was the smoothest running wedding I have ever been to.

My husband and I had our wedding at Fireseed in September 2018. We searched the entirety of Whidbey Island for the perfect venue and could not have been more thrilled our experience at Fireseed. The grounds are immaculate and the coordination throughout the year as well as the day-of was absolutely flawless. Not to mention the incredible food and cake! Many of our guests proclaimed that our menu was the best wedding meal they have ever had. We would 100% recommend Dave & Dawn at Fireseed. Photos compliments Kristen Marie Parker.
