Can we stop with the forced tipping? I mean I bring the food to the counter myself and I'm supposed to tip you to ring it up on the register? I'm over it!

This has always been one of my favorite lunch spots. I have been going here for over 10 years. My favorite sandwich is their #1 which is an avocado sandwich. Their ingredients are always super fresh. The staff is also always so kind!

Good quality, but the world's worst service. tried to buy something yesterday and they couldn't take a credit card. tried again today and 4 people behind the counter busy doing nothing and after waiting ten minutes to pay, I finally gave up and went across the street to Balducci's. As I said, good food, but not worth the very aggravating, low efficiency service.
