We love creating a main dish to compliment your style. Main dishes are available as buffets, stations or served sit-down dinners. Sometimes a combination of a plated first course or salad and dinner services on a buffet is a good plan. Others prefer plattered or Family Style service with the menu arriving at each table on white platters. What ever your choice it sure to be a delicious meal!
