Yes, we have a staff of approximately 60 full-time and part-time personnel so we can do several events on a given day. Due to our made-from-scratch philosophy, we watch our events calendar very closely. Michael's Gourmet Catering, Inc. will NEVER schedule more events than we can comfortably handle.
