After attending culinary school and running a catering business in Israel, we married and moved to the United States. We gained considerable experience cooking for hotels in downtown Boston, while pursuing degrees in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
