I came in there to buy a simple cone if ice cream, associate made a small mistake and the manager yelled at him and it made me feel bad out of empathy. This truly ruined my night. This is unnaveptable and disgraceful, I am giving this establishment a 1 star review.

This was some of the best ice cream I've ever eaten. The staff was very friendly and patient with my little one while she picked out her ice cream flavor. 10/10 would come back again

Disappointing experience. We tried to get the sorbet and the young man said it was too hard to get. Ok, no problem. We then asked what's in one of the cool named ice creams and he answered, "I don't know I didn't make it". we ended up with only one person in our party getting ice cream and they did say it was good.

I'm with Henry on the whole " bank thing" with Chase Bank. Until you have been bullied by a bank then you have no idea what they are really capable of. and what they can get away with. People like Henry and businesses, in general, should post on their windows and in their stores when they have been bullied by any bank. I was bullied by another bank. To this day I warn others. I think he should shout the Chase bank ordeal from the rooftop. Let the people know! Oh, and their ice cream is the best. Their slogan should be " better than bluebelle"

Was very excited to try this place. I picked my flavor and the staff was unaware they were out until they went to scoop mine. They were also out of the flavor my husband picked. Several of the flavors that I wanted to try all were dyed blue. So I ended up having that looking like a little kid with a blue mouth. The ice cream is somewhat expensive compared to others, but the waffle cones were good.

The most off putting part was all the slanderous postings about Chase bank. I get that there obviously was an issue but the several signs and literature on all the tables was a bit much when your just trying to have ice cream with your family.
