The southern style nachos were phenomenal! My husband had the brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese and baked beans and he said they were flawless! Also the onion rings are. chefs kiss!

We had the Rib Shack Platter - 3 meats & 2 sides only $20. We had ribs, brisket & pulled pork and cowboy beans, mac & cheese, and onion rings (only $1 for the extra side). Service was fast and friendly and they were WORKING! It was nice to see employees busy & not on their phones. I forgot to mention this is 'fast food'. We had our meal faster than at Subway. If you're in the area, try it out! In fact, it might be worth the drive to Knoxville.

The food was good but we felt the sides were too small for the price. The store seemed clean. The gentleman on the phone who took our order was nice and the gentleman at the register was nice.

Food was average. There on weekend only two workers. Very slow. I had been told worth the trip, do not agree.
