Sal's New York Grill & Catering Here are a few of our popular menu themes. If you have needs or choices outside of our Signature Menus, please contact us to discuss something custom. If we should contact someone other than yourself regarding this event, please indicate their name and email here. We'll need to add a separate set up and start time for appetizers and/or bartending to begin at a different time than the buffet.

Depending on location, there may be an extra delivery fee charged since we'll need to send out two crews. Our main focus is food, but if you need some help with setting tables we need to be sure and have some extra staff on hand.

Chef Sal graduated from the New York Food and Hotel Management School in a part of New York City known as SOHO in 1989. Sal has worked in four-star restaurants, neighborhood pizzerias, local delis, and large catering companies. Sal's experience and family led him to Alaska in 1994 where he worked at local restaurants briefly before beginning his very successful local Alaskan catering business.

Crowd favorite: classic Hummus accompanied by tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and olives. Served with grilled pita wedges. A variety of ripe and savory olives marinated and diced with garlic and olive oil and served on a rosemary toast point. Cocktail meatballs smothered in a tangy BBQ sauce and garnished with chunks of pineapples.

New England Clam Chowder: White cream clam chowder. A savory combination of clams, onions, and bacon. Manhattan Clam Chowder: Tomato base sauce with clams, onions, and bacon. Roasted Curry Cauliflower Soup: Coconut cream base with hints of curry, cauliflower, and veggies. Potato and Leek Soup: Potato-based soup garnished with fried leeks and sour cream.

Fried Mac N Cheese Bites: Mac 'n' cheese is a classic comfort food and making it into crunchy breadcrumb coated bites takes this classic dish to another level of deliciousness. Baked Ziti: Ziti noodles baked with marinara sauce, seasoned ground beef, seasoned ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Pasta Puttanesca: Penne pasta sauteed with garlic, capers, Spanish olives, red onion, and finished in a robust marinara sauce.
