We serve a large client base in the local area, and thrive on their regular positive feedback and testimonials. We are proud to be part of the community that we serve, and support many food related charities. We have implemented a green initiative, that ensures minimal waste and maximum recycling efforts and also places an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients. Our love of food, beverage and entertaining is highlighted in our culinary adventures program; private cooking parties and team building events.

Our History

Catering Works was incorporated in 1989. What started as an idea to start a chocolate truffle company in our Mom's kitchen turned into something else indeed. Within a few months time, we leased a small building on the corner of Devereaux and Gaston street, in downtown Raleigh. The humble beginnings of our company included a small apartment on the 2nd floor, and a non-stop rotation of laundering linens, washing pots, delivering food, staffing parties, writing invoices and trying to meet new clients, and all while averaging 20 minutes a night of sleep.
