Chez Foushee has been a local restaurant since 1989. It is in a historic neighborhood and iconic building located in Richmond's Arts District. It's not been an easy time for small businesses; in particular, restaurants continue to be hit hard. Being an all-female kitchen and women-owned, we don't back down and will continue to provide swoon-worthy hospitality.

Credit Card fees are a large expense in our business. You may have noticed some extra charges on your tabs at other restaurants too. Some call it a surcharge, cash discount program, service charge, or hospitality fee. At the same time, many are just raising menu prices. We do not want to raise menu prices even though menu prices are running at a 40 year high.
