Our History: Pumpernickel's Bagelry was established back in 1991 by Jim and Debbie Doherty. This location was the old retail outlet for a caterer named Moveable Feast. Before Moveable Feast the store was a head shop, or so they say. Pumpernickel's was an immediate hit in the neighborhood. It got so busy through the years that jim and Debbie brought in jim's cousin Brigid to aid.
