Gourmet chef Ellen Sara Firman established Sweet Basil in 1984 to supply the Sarasota area with the finest catering for all occasions, from the intimate dinner to the elegant party. Trained in New York, Ellen brings over 20 years of knowledge to your table. She employs a team of skilled specialists who have been with our firm for years.

Minimum order of 50 Does NOT include labor or rentals. Two Entree Buffet with Seafood choice of Salmon, Tilapia, or Red Snapper. Includes choice of one vegetable, one rice or potato, and one salad range. The buffet includes bread and butter, coffee, and ice tea. After relocating to Florida he worked on the Gala, as well as the French Film Festival residing in Sarasota. Served in the US Air Force. Over 25 years of food service experience.
