In 1999, Paulette Martin left the public school classroom as a high school English and debate teacher in order to pursue a career in Culinary Arts. She moved from her hometown of Milton, FL to the big apple. She graduated from Institute of Culinary Education in New York with a certificate of completion in Pastry Arts.
