All of our hand-made salsas are made fresh, right here, every day. We hand-cut 600 pounds of fresh tomatoes every week. Our cheese is from Wisconsin, always aged. We use only 100 percent cholesterol free canola oil no lard, no MSG, ever.

We take special pride in our food by using only the highest ingredients and preparing your order. Our bread is baked fresh daily for the right sandwiches in town. For nearly twenty years, Thornager's and Karen Sorensen have been synonymous with great food and entertaining in Flagstaff. The firm started as a deli in 1988, and Karen steadily grew the business into a complete-service restaurant and catering operation, all the while dreaming of a special events venue altogether different than the hotels in town could offer.
